If you're not receiving your OTP, first make sure you've entered your mobile number correctly. Check that your phone has network coverage. OTPs usually arrive within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived after 2 minutes, use the "Resend" option. If the problem persists, please contact our live chat support.

Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number — an OTP will be sent to it. Verify the OTP and set your new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
