Jata7 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Consent

Jata7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "jata7.win") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through the Jata7 website and mobile application.

By registering with or using Jata7, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Jata7.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with Jata7:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your real name, accurate date of birth, and valid contact information.
• No individual may open more than one account.
• Jata7 may request identity verification documents from any user at any time.
• If any false or fabricated information is provided, the account will be terminated and the balance may be forfeited.

Your email address or mobile number will be verified during registration. Some services will be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Jata7 account. The following practices are mandatory:

• Never share your password with anyone or disclose it anywhere.
• Always log out of your account when you are done, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact Jata7 support immediately.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is not permitted.

Jata7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the interest of security.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Jata7 supports popular Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and more. The following terms apply to all payment transactions:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Using a payment method registered under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount and a maximum daily withdrawal limit are in place.
• Jata7 may place a hold on payments if fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jata7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms. Please read the specific conditions of any offer carefully before claiming a bonus:

• Each bonus has a fixed Wagering Requirement.
• A specified turnover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Jata7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Please note that the welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only and can be claimed once.

6 Gaming Rules

Jata7 offers a wide range of games including Live Casino, Sports Betting, bingo, fish games, and more. While each game has its own rules, the following general gaming guidelines apply to all:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — no manipulation is possible.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, Jata7 will handle it in accordance with its own policies.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If you encounter a technical error in any game, contact support immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jata7 platform in order to maintain a fair environment. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bots & Automation: Use of automated software in games or betting.
• Fraud: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated activity aimed at circumventing bonus terms.
• Harassment: Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards other users or staff.

8 Limitation of Liability

Jata7 strives to deliver uninterrupted service at all times; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Jata7 is not liable for any loss resulting from internet connectivity issues or device failures.
• Jata7's liability is limited in cases of delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions may occur in force majeure situations such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.
• Jata7 is not liable if account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Jata7's maximum liability is limited to the balance in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Jata7 takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• Your information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• You may request to view or delete your data at any time.

10 Changes & Termination of Terms

Jata7 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time due to business changes, legal requirements, or service improvements.

• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Jata7 reserves the right to close any user's account with or without cause.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through Jata7's own dispute resolution process.
